We’re a collective of interviewers from the worlds of theatre and media, brought together by a shared belief in the power of a good conversation.
Our experience is in listening, asking the right question, creating trust and helping people find the words that matter. Martin Colton
Interviewer & Founder
Host of The Martin Talk Show, dedicated to amplifying changemakers through honest, engaging conversation. With over 600 episodes and more than one million listens, his guests have included Rosie Jones, Sylvester McCoy and Steven Berkoff. From the Cannes Film Festival to the Edinburgh Fringe, Martin explores the stories behind creativity, ambition and change. Drawing on his background in acting and theatre, he brings warmth, curiosity and humour to his interviews, helping guests feel at ease and giving their stories room to unfold.
Luna Austin
Interviewer
Actress, producer, writer, puppeteer and dance teacher whose work spans theatre, film and podcasting. A producer on The Martin Talk Show, she also brings its yellow-bird co-host, Jake, to life, combining her love of performance with the show’s mission to amplify changemakers.
Her screen credits include Earth Agents and The Seven. Her theatre work includes directing Enough! and choreographing Alice in Wonderland at Harlow’s Victoria Hall Theatre, reflecting her versatility both onstage and behind the scenes.
Caroline Petherbridge
Interviewer
Author, educational writer and theatre practitioner with a background in primary teaching and experience as a LAMDA examiner. She has created learning resources for publishers including Scholastic, Jolly Learning and TTS Group.
She co-authored the award-winning Bumper Book of Phonics Fun and created Enchanted Nature: Garden Birds, helping young children build reading confidence while discovering British wildlife. Alongside her writing, Caroline is an actor and director with a longstanding commitment to community theatre, including service as a trustee of Victoria Hall Performing Arts Association since 1995.
Production Team
James Elcome
Filmmaker, photographer and creative media specialist at Essex-based Elcome Media. His experience includes work on the feature film Inspector Gadget 2 and director of photography assignments for advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi.
As part of the production team, James brings skills in filming, lighting, editing and podcast production, helping capture conversations and bring stories to life on screen. Combining technical knowledge with an eye for visual storytelling, his approach focuses on capturing real moments with a cinematic style.
